Cheat Sheet on How to Manage (Acute) Stress

About two months ago, I made some changes to this website and performed some SEO improvements. Since that time, I have had many requests for an item that I had created for a specific purpose at a specific time, but which somehow must have become visible to many of you, and you have sent a request for my "cheat sheet" on stress management. Simultaneously, I have had some difficulty with the automation function to send out what is being requested, and I cannot personally address hundreds of emails to reach everyone. So, I decided to do the next best thing--write a blog post, put the "cheat sheet" in it, and you will all get this document (even those of you who have not requested it).
One caveat is that this was originally created to accompany a webinar on how physicians could handle the stress of a malpractice suit. So, I have changed some of the wording, but kept the content the same. If you see references to lawyers and defense attorneys, that is why.
Please let me know if you find this useful, and reach out to me with any questions or thoughts you may have.
The first page has some info on stress and guidance on how to handle it. The second page has more specific actions you can take--either on your own or with help from others.

Thanks for reading. I value your time and am honored you chose to spend the last few minutes reading this post. I hope it provided value for you. If so, I would appreciate it if you would share it with someone who might also find it of value.
